Affiliates interested in paid search activities as a part of the affiliate program, shall contact affiliates@acronis.com for approval into the program.

Affiliates shall NOT bid on trademarked terms ("acronis", "acronis true image", etc.) without the express written consent of the affiliate program manager.

Affiliates shall not use corporate-owned urls (www.acronis.com, etc.) in paid search ad copy or display urls or any variation, misspelling, etc.

Affiliates shall not use the Digital River corporate urls (www.digitalriver.com, www.regnow.com, www.element5.com, etc.) or any variation, misspelling, etc.

Affiliates shall not out position a corporate paid search ad on trademarked terms ("acronis", "true image", "acronis disk director", etc.)

Affiliates shall not advertise any coupon or discount in ad copy on trademarked terms unless the keyword is specific to a discount such as "acronis discount", "true image coupon", etc. Exceptions can be made only with the express written consent of the affiliate program manager.

Affiliates shall not use ad copy that represents the ad as the corporate ad or official site.

Affiliates shall not offer more than 15% discounts on Acronis home products without the express written consent of the affiliate program manager.

Affiliates shall not offer more than 5% discounts on Acronis corporate products without the express written consent of the affiliate program manager.
